As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing the entire marketing funnel for our company. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. This is a hands-on role where you will execute campaigns, analyze data, and optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Build and manage the entire marketing funnel, from awareness, and lead generation to conversion.
Create and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns across online and offline channels including on-ground activations.
Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.
Work with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and materials.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product, design, and sales, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation and lead nurturing.
Deep understanding of the marketing funnel and experience managing it end-to-end.
Experience in a B2C tech company is a must.
Proven track record of building and managing successful marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Arabic speaking is a must.
Start-up experience is a huge plus.
