Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HSE functions for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.
Responsibilities:
✔Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
✔Provide leadership and direction to project teams on HSE matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
✔Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
✔Investigate incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
✔Lead HSE training and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
✔Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders on HSE-related matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications preferred.
Minimum of 12+ years of experience in HSE management, with a focus on EPC projects in Oil and Gas Sector
In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
