Requirements:
•Worked on Financial or Banking Project as Business Analyst
•Experience in creation of SRS and BRD documents
•Experience in CRM and Oracle CX projects as a B.A will be added advantage.
Job Description:
• Leading the process of software requirements elicitation, gathering, and documentation to ensure that the software meets the needs of the business and its users.
• Managing the analysis phase of new systems and features, and distributing processes among the functional team to ensure that all aspects of the software are considered.
• Capturing the reporting requirements, statistical and analytical, to ensure that the software provides meaningful data and insights to the business.
• Facilitating CRP (customer requirements planning) sessions and leading system review demos for both existing and potential clients to ensure that the software meets their needs and expectations.
• Conducting crucial User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and leading system sign-off reviews to ensure that the software is ready for release and meets the quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between the technical and business teams, ensuring that the software meets the needs of both groups.
• Identifying potential problems and risks early and working to mitigate them.
Managing and executing change management processes, including impact analysis and communication.
