Your outcomes:

engage 300 marketing-qualified leads into the sales funnel during 3Q;
engage 350 marketing-qualified leads into the sales funnel during 4Q;
hold 70 sales-qualified leads meetings with prospective clients in 3Q 2023;
hold 80 sales-qualified leads meetings with prospective clients in 4Q 2023;
achieve at least $200K ARR in sales by the end of 4Q 2023.

Your competencies:

native or fluent English
2+ years of experience in a software company or a startup with a focus on B2B software sales (candidates with experience working in legal technology space or with a legal background will have an advantage)
experience working in a consultative capacity with lawyers (Partners) and C-level customers on complex cloud-based, on-premises or hybrid solutions and services will be treated as an advantage
strong knowledge of document automation solutions and document management software
good personal brand, strong LinkedIn profile
advanced level of CRM-management skills (HubSpot or alternatives)
excellent skills in planning and results delivery
strong task-management skills
excellent written and verbal communication skills
strong change management skills: to adapt to new markets, create and propose a new hypothesis in sales and marketing, adapt to the client’s needs
excellent analytical and reporting skills: the ability to analyze data and make decisions on its basis
being receptive to feedback and ability to learn from your mistakes
self-confidence: doing what is right, not what is advantageous; expressed clearly and unambiguously
proactive: acts independently, without pings
willingness to work overtime when required
