Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Opportunities Development

·        Secure revenue against the assigned targets

·        Ensure profitability of the customer relationship and improve market share/penetration by directing the total array of the company’s technical, commercial, and operational capabilities to the assigned client’s needs.

·        Develop relationships with customer’s staff, management, and executives across all services and product lines offered by Dserv.

·        Evaluate all projects and opportunities emerging in the market, perform data gathering, economic analysis, and financial analysis, including sensitivity and feasibility studies, to assess and put plans for benefiting from such opportunities.

·        Pursue opportunities by establishing business networking, negotiation, and analysis market trends and new developments to generate leads.

Manage a complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.

Commercial Control and Management

·        Responsible for securing the designated profitability margin.

·        Lead the quoting process, manage the entire Inquiry to Order (ITO) process through qualifying, pre-tender preparations, receipt of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) or Request for Quotation (RFQ), proposal generation, approval, and deal negotiation, to hand-over.

·        Participate in the order review process and provide commercial risk identification and mitigation, costing, pricing, deal strategy, terms, and conditions etc.  to ensure a winning proposal is delivered.

·        Discover, evaluate and report relevant market information on costing and pricing and be aware of how such aspects are being managed within market and with competition.

·        Monitor, Control and Resolve problematic contractual issues.

Responsible for commercial controls and audits.

Leadership Management & Reporting

·        Manage and direct the activities of assigned personnel in the Sales and Commercial Departments.

·        Provide constructive support to teams of Sales under responsibility in order to enhance their sales capabilities in both technical and behavioral sides.

·        Perform supervisory duties and exercise financial authority at the level established by management for the position.

·        Oversee the technical coordination and interaction with other departments.

·        Provide accurate and timely reporting as per Management requirement

Qualifications

·    12 to 15 years of work experience and minimum 5 years in similar position

·    Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Diploma/Certification or equivalent

·    MBA preferred

·    Proven strong character, with the right self-motivation as well as sales and target driven mentality.

·    Proven track of knowledge in most recent and relevant industry and economy features and status – on both local and regional level – and even international la level.

·    Proven working relationships and connections with make industry players – both organizations and individuals.

·    Proven strong collaboration and influencing skills.

·    Strong oral and written communication skills.

·    Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

·    Independent, self-directed, with a strong attention to detail
