Our company is looking for an Infection Control Supervisor who will be responsible for establishing standards and evaluating compliance for practices that are associated with the prevention and control of healthcare-associated infections.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Nursing
At least 5 years of practical clinical experience, out of which 3 years at least with supervisory infection control responsibilities within HOSPITAL settings
Holder of the DOH/HAAD license
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent presentation skills, advanced research skills
Excellent training skills and sessions facilitation
Leadership approach
Strong problem identification and resolution skills
