We are looking to hire HSE Trainer (ARABIC), who will be responsible for but not limited to:

Personnel will work closely with relevant stakeholders to coordinate, provide and monitor health, safety, compliance, and quality assurance training programs for all workers (employees and contractors), and clients, so as to have the required awareness, knowledge, or skill necessary for the safe performance of their tasks/business.

We are looking for:

At least NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent certificate.
Train-the-Trainer certificate
Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and deliver training to people of diverse nationalities, levels of education, and industry experiences (including apprentices).
Thorough knowledge of applicable local and international regulations, standards, and best practices.
High level of integrity and ethical behavior – sets a good example.
Performance/delivery orientated.
Flexibility to multi-task when required.
Innovative and hardworking.
Team player, rigorous, objective, and performance/delivery orientated.
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the GCC
