Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for an Arabic Copywriter at Eighty Six Media, located in Abu Dhabi. The Arabic Copywriter will be responsible for crafting high-quality written content in Arabic, which may include website copy, social media content, press releases, and advertising copy. The Arabic Copywriter will collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all content is aligned with the brand’s voice, values, and objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ideate brand campaigns and ensure that the copy complements visual elements
Write clear, concise yet compelling creative copy for a wide range of brand marketing campaigns and content assets, and in line with the brand and commercial objectives
Lead the copy execution across all brand campaigns – seasonal, promotional, newsletters, social posts, LinkedIn, in-store POS, events literature, brochures, website copy, and corporate presentations for all brands across the group
Conduct research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitors
Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s voice, values, and messaging strategy, and tailor final copy for different platforms, audiences, and formats
Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and style, eliminate errors and maintain high-quality standards.
Contribute to content strategy by providing insights and recommendations
Qualifications
Native-level fluency in Arabic and a strong command of English
3-5 years of experience as a copywriter, content writer, or related role
Experience writing and editing content for digital channels, including websites, social media, and blogs
A keen eye for detail and excellent proofreading and editing skills
Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Degree in journalism, communications, or a related field preferred
