Salary Offer : SAR 14,000 to SAR 18,800
Job Objectives
Keep the network running: Ensure smooth operation of devices, security tools, applications, and servers.
Support network projects and initiatives: Contribute to larger IT goals and projects.
Build a reliable and secure network: Maintain a strong, always-on network infrastructure and security posture.
Manage network assets and licenses: Track and maintain network assets, ensuring proper licensing compliance.
Keep VoIP running: Maintain and manage your Voice over IP system for clear communication.
Job Responsibilities
Technical Network Management: Configure network ports, update security patches, and manage devices.
Network Monitoring & Maintenance: Track network health, fix hardware issues, and help with new equipment.
Infrastructure Support: Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
Support & Troubleshooting: Interact with other teams to solve network problems and provide technical help.
Routine Maintenance: Perform regular backups and preventive maintenance on all systems.
Physical Network Care: Maintain wiring, labeling, and cable connections.
Additional Tasks: Handle any network or security tasks assigned by your team leader.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in tech/computer science (related fields okay).
5+ years of IT experience.
Technical Skills
Setting up & maintaining Cisco networks.
Training new employees in basic IT tools.
Keeping detailed network documentation.
Helping IT team troubleshoot technical problems.
Communicating IT issues to staff.
Monitoring backups, software updates, and other processes.
Supporting internal users and external connections.
Managing network security and alerts.
Experience with Cisco products.
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Knowledge of Unix & Microsoft system administration.
Professional IT certifications (CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, ITIL, etc.).
