Your responsibilities will include:

Reporting to senior management.
Regular contacts with customers and potential clients through email and calls.
Follow up to Euroland Support team on tasks for GCC clients
Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
Managing part of internal and external correspondence on behalf of Dubai sales and senior management.
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
Copying, scanning documents, as well as taking notes.
Preparing facilities for scheduled events.
Assist in other tasks that may be needed to ensure that Best Practice is being followed in accordance with the support and service policies of Euroland IR.
Observing best business practices and etiquette.

Personal Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written English
Ability to work independently
Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using Office 365 software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Teams, as well as call forwarding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
