PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER (PRO)

Responsibility:

· Should have excellent knowledge in Licensing under HEALTHCARE SECTOR

· Responsible for preparing all transaction (Offer Letter, Offer Letter Submission & Labour Card Fees, Quota, Labour Guarantee etc.) related to MOL for entry permit Visa.

· Responding and attending the Complaint at MOL.

· Reporting the Absconding case.

· Responsible for doing all the transaction (Entry Permit, Change Status, Visa Cancellation, Immigration Refund Deposit etc.) related to Immigration by using Smart GDFRA online portal.

· Issue the Visit Visa by using Smart GDFRA online portal.

· Renewing the trade license in DED and update the license in MOL, GDFRA and DM.

· Renewing the EJARI & Civil Defense certificate.

· Arrange the Inspection from MOL.

· Knowledge to use DM portal.

· Knowledge to how to register the Products in DM and SM and know how to clear the products from both Municipalities.

· Prepare the Emirates ID for the Employees.

· Arranging the Medical test for Normal Medical.

· Attestation of the Documents from Embassy and MOFA.

· Responsible for the registration and renewals of company vehicles.

· Organize visas for holiday and business-related travel for managers as required.

· Accurately prepare and process required legal documents like rent contract attestation in government agencies such as Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department and Municipality.

· When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities, and other government Departments.

Acquire visas from different Embassies in UAE for staff members for business related travels.

· Proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labour Permits, and company related licenses.

· Assist employees in the process of renewing visas for their immediate dependents.

· Assist all sponsored staff and their dependents in the medical check process.

· Manage the visa checklist as when the rules on visa/labor changes.

· Assist the company and the employees with visa arrangements in Embassies.

· To maintain database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change.

Requirement:

· 02 years of experience PREFERABLY HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY.

· Bachelor/Master

· Excellent communication skills (both Arabic and English)

· Strong background of UAE Labour law.

· Solution oriented

· With a valid UAE driver’s license.
