Job Descriptions & Key Competencies
Report to operations mangers with project status (progress, performance, and procurement)
Appraises operational management of any project issues which effect the forecasted progress, productivity, and schedule commitments.
Verify that the considered schedules reconcile with the present productivity, in the actual situation of readiness.
Suggest all possible operative solutions in order to perform the actual installation in the best way.
Understands the scope of work, schedules, specifications and prepare project specific task listing.
Solves project specific construction problems with the assistance of Project manager where required.
Authorizes site queries/correspondence to be issued to the client.
Identifies project risks and opportunities and establishes a productive working relationship with client representatives.
Reviews material expediting reports and advises Procurement personnel of material priorities, any concerns and mitigation plans as necessary.
