Reports To:
The Travel Advisor will report to the line manager.
Job Overview:
In accordance with GTS travel policy, cost containment and business allocation policies, arranges travel services, uses automated reservations and ticketing systems to secure and confirm airline, hotel, car rental and associated reservations for GTS clients. To produce airline tickets, and booking confirmations of hotels, car rentals, and travel related services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Arranges travel services for all business and economy class passengers, (airline reservations and ticketing, hotel, car rental reservations, voucher issuance and meet and assist services) using the automated reservations system and advises the traveler accordingly.
· Receives and reviews incoming travel orders, meet and assist orders and miscellaneous travel requests.
· Returns incorrectly prepared/inadequately authorized requests to the originator.
· Issues confirmation of receipt and prepares itineraries/ancillary services information for travelers’ review.
· Answers large amounts of inbound calls and respond to customer’s emails in a timely manner.
· Coordinates travel arrangements with the traveler, obtains confirmed reservations using the automated reservations system (or internet when necessary), and advises the traveler accordingly.
· Prepares airline tickets, miscellaneous charge orders and hotel/car rental confirmations in accordance with travel, cost containment and business allocation policies.
· Maintains necessary controls to provide audit trails and accountability reports as required by International Air Transport Association (IATA), and commercial airlines/ancillary services providers.
· Performs other duties as directed by the line manager.

Qualifications:
· Diploma in hospitality management, transportation, or business administration and IATA certification is preferable. Or must has at least experience years as follows:
· Must have at least two (2) years travel industry experience with at least five (5) years international ticketing experience. Incumbent must be fluent in English (both verbal and written) and have a thorough understanding of IATA regulations, automated reservations and ticketing procedures (both automated and manual.) Qualified to IATA Advanced level and fully trained in at least two (2) of the GDS system.
· Geography and international destination knowledge are necessary.
· Prior call center experience is required.
· Highly organized, reliable, and committed.
· Incumbent must be PC literate including Word, Access, and Excel.
· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
· Must be able to work to strict deadlines and manage own workload.
· Preferred Saudi Nationals
· Willing to work in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Jubail
