Responsibilities
Drive revenues for Grintafy across key global brand categories.
Maintain a healthy partnership sales pipeline.
Research partnerships and sponsors opportunities.
Driving sponsorship sales for our Events and projects.
Research and design corporate solutions within the football experience.
Developing corporate products to meet clients’ needs.
Assist with client management as and when required.
Work with all key stakeholders to sign off partnership rights and activation plans.
Develop proposals that speak to the users’ needs, concerns, and objectives.
Identify, assess, conceptualize, negotiate and manage Loops business opportunities.
Assist with hosting and activating partners at our projects and events.
Work towards agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Demonstrate the business impact of the sponsorship through the use of data and insights.
Work cross-collaboratively to ensure monthly revenue targets are met.
Assisting in all stages of the pitch process.
Creating and developing and business development projects and events.
Developing sales strategies, sales trainings, plans, budgets and forecasts.
Work alongside the partners’ activation agencies to ensure that contractual rights are delivered to the highest standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Having an effective clientele database and network is a MUST.
Strong background in Corporate Sales.
Excellent English language verbal and written skills.
Possessing other languages is a plus.
Proven understanding of Sports Business (desirable).
4–6 years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development (desirable).
A minimum two years of experience in digital, Sports Sponsorship, and/or Advertising.
Experience in working towards and exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Confident and dynamic personality.
A friendly, positive ‘can do’ and courteous attitude.
Excellent personal, time management abilities, and highly organized.
An outstanding account management and client servicing mentality.
Experience in working with a complex of international organizations.
Experience in global accounts a plus.
