Responsibilities:
Representing the company in front of the financing authorities and study and analyze the project financing requirements
1- Negotiation
− Study investment opportunities and determine the quality and elements of development projects to serve
2- Economic feasibility
− sufficient experience in evaluating design ideas and development schemes
− ability to negotiate and represent the company in its various projects in front of the relevant authorities
3- Company’s Objectives
− Audit of market studies and economic feasibility studies of various projects and preparation of
Related reports for the company’s decision makers
− Review and evaluate the design ideas of projects and development schemes and submit
Proposals to achieve the objective of these projects
− coordination with the company’s project management in the design and implementation stages to follow up the investigation
The economic and marketing objectives of the project.
− preparation and processing of projects’ visual presentations to clarify positive indicators and elements
His success.
− lay the foundations for marketing and sales plans for the company’s projects and follow up their implementation.
Achieves the company’s goals in the short and long term.
Required qualifications:
− Postgraduate − in engineering or architecture.
− Leadership Personality −
− at least 15 years’ experience in real estate development for large and valuable projects
Highly technical and material − sufficient expertise in the study, analysis and assessment of opportunities in the local market and studies
