We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Role requirements:
Manage the hiring process – source, screen, interview, hire, onboard and follow up with new candidates
Maintain database of prospects, clear records of applicants, their interviews etc
CV searching for candidates
Use multiple sourcing tools to target agents, especially headhunting with outbound calls
Meet monthly and quarterly targets
Write job descriptions and advertise roles for various departments
Working hours Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Skills and professional requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably in Real Estate and in the UAE
Exceptional headhunting, negotiation and closing skills
Excellent knowledge of various candidate sourcing methods
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
Proactive, positive, “can do” attitude
