We are seeking a Senior Steel Structure Engineer with a robust background in providing consultancy services for steel structures, particularly with expertise in facade engineering. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising and advising on structural aspects during construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance with relevant codes.
Responsibilities:
Structural Consultancy:
Provide expert advice and guidance on steel structure design during the construction phase of projects.
Conduct site inspections to assess the progress of steel structure installations and provide recommendations for optimization.
Facade Engineering:
Oversee and consult on the integration of facade elements into the overall structural design of buildings.
Collaborate with project teams to address any structural challenges related to facades during construction.
Supervision and Quality Assurance:
Act as a point of contact for construction teams, contractors, and project stakeholders regarding steel structure-related issues.
Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
Project Management:
Manage and coordinate the structural aspects of projects, collaborating closely with other engineering disciplines.
Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns related to steel structure construction.
Client Interaction:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional consultancy services.
Address client inquiries and concerns, offering effective solutions and recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license & PMP are highly desirable.
years of experience in structural consultancy for steel structures, with a focus on facade engineering.
Thorough understanding of construction processes and the ability to supervise steel structure installations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management capabilities.
