As an HR Specialist, in this position, you will oversee the HR Operations for HCL legal entity. You will manage the governance of the pension and help design the processes around the employee life cycle events like onboarding, exit process and overall record management.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For The Following

All our HR roles provide the chance to define your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results.

· Incorporate HR policies and procedures (HRPP) for HCL as per Saudi Labor Law and regulations, and keep it updated from time to time.

· Set up/continually improve the existing HR strategy for HCL in coordination with the High management and ensure its continued implementation and success.

· Establish effective partnerships with HADAF and other nationalization government programs.

· Ensures the alignment of the HR Function with both the Global and Regional HR best practices.

· Consults with the HR function, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

· Managing payroll & benefits administration governance processes.

· Managing & maintaining employee records & onboarding processes.

· Maintaining governance checks on policies delivery.

· Coordinate GOSI process and enrolling new KSA joiners in conjunction with PRO

· Managing the Exit process

· Managing Employees leaves

· Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system

· Contact with insurance companies & update the insurance file & Prepare the insurance cards

· Develop internal events on a quarterly basis for the employees

· Provide day-to-day HR administration support.

Skills & Experience Required

· A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any business related field.

· You have minimum 0-3 years of experience working in Human Resources Management.

· Strong communication in English & Arabic Language

· Computer literate & passionate in data management

· Must be knowledgeable about Saudi regulation

· Must be able to resolve problems through collaboration and sharing with their teammates.

· An exceptional ability to understand, evaluate and apply technical information. (Functional / Technical skills)

· Anticipates the impact of change and rises to the challenge, with the ability to accept risk and uncertainty.

· Good interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals.

· Ability to handle multiple priorities

· Diplomatic when resolving issues

· Willingness to adapt and learn from situations to improve future improvement.

· Hands-on to improve a process
