Advertising Sales Manager
Position: Business Development Manager Industry: Marketing and Advertising Agency.
Candidate should be:
• Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing trends and facts.
• Agency experience: 2-3 years.
• Excellent in English, Reading/Writing; Arabic is an advantage. • Driving license is an advantage.
Job Description:
• Generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with new customers.
• Prepare Quotations, presentations & Proposal.
• Ability to be persuasive to new businesses opportunities.
• Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to prospective customers.
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
• Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
• Be responsive and problem-solving attitude to the clients.
• Keeps abreast of products, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
• Achieve monthly targets provided by the management.
• Develop and manage the sales team
Qualifications
2-3 years of sales at a relevant digital/social media or advertising agency in UAE
Ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively across multiple business functions
and geographies
First hand experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response
marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, agency businesses)
Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-
technical stakeholders
Reporting:
Reports directly to the Sales Manager/Director of Sales.
