The ideal candidate will expand the company’s brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Responsibilities
Planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all IFZA’s digital platforms
Overseeing all aspects of digital marketing including, but not limited to, the marketing database, email, and display advertising
Ensuring that all digital content and visuals are aligned with the company’s marketing strategy, brand standards, and business objectives
Maintaining up to date knowledge of popular trends, user insights, and community engagement to ensure effective delivery of messaging to target audiences
Planning and managing all IFZA’s social media platforms, and maintaining social media presence across various channels
Responsible for ensuring consistent messaging across all digital communications
Measuring and evaluating key digital performance metrics against KPIs
Providing strong analysis of end-to-end customer experience across digital platforms and customer touch points, and optimizing user experience
Conducting and communicating accurate reports on overall campaign performance
Developing and monitoring campaign budgets
Brainstorming growth strategies with the team
Liaising and managing relationships with agencies and vendors
Supporting the digital team by providing adequate coaching and guidance
Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications & skills
Full English proficiency is required
Additional spoken languages are a plus
Excellent written / verbal communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office
Working knowledge of web analytics tools and ad serving tools
Good knowledge of target markets and competitors
Experience
Proven work experience in Digital Marketing or Advertising
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments, optimizing landing pages, and user funnels
Prior experience with leading SEO and various marketing campaigns expected
Qualifications in Digital Marketing or related subjects preferred
