We are looking for an experienced, organized, and talented individual to join our team as a Support Officer at IIQAF. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Support Officer will be responsible for providing and coordinating accurate responses to enquiries, software related to our organization’s operations, and our online services. The ideal candidate will possess technical excellence, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, web, etc.)
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and feedback
Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvements
Ensure compliance to all customer service procedures
Assist with other support duties as required
Develop and improve customer service policies, procedures and quality assurance measures
Analyze service metrics to identify areas of improvement
Coordinate with other departments when needed
Keep track of customer details such as contact information, preferences, orders, etc.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Support Officer or similar customer service position
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Familiarity with relevant software, databases, and telephone systems
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to stay calm and professional in high pressure situations
Problem-solving attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
