Job Summary
The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the activities of the Sales Department.
Minimum Education Level
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum Experience Level
At least five years of sales experience required.
Experience of residential and/or commercial/residential (Must)
Real Estate experience (Must)
Amount of Supervision
Will be given general direction from the Chief Commercial Officer , but is expected to perform duties and responsibilities independently.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Assist the CCO in developing and managing the commercial’s sales strategy, policies, objectives and initiatives
· Sets short- and long-term commercial sales plans, objectives, initiatives by sales force/ branches and evaluates effectiveness of current sales programs and sales teams.
· Develop and enhances commercial sales staff performance, accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions and necessary coaching
· Supports an environment of teamwork and trust. Collaborates with peers, customers and management team to deliver desired organizational objectives
· Proactively recommends sales journey & customer experience enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
· Develops product knowledge skills and remain aware of current and future product development and enhancement.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
· Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily & weekly call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses.
· Engage & liaise with banks, related financial institutes and other parties involved in the sales cycle to develop rapport/ constructive relations, partnership and business solutions to achieve desired sales agenda and objectives
· Develop sales periodic targets and monitoring.
