Job Position – Social Media Executive
We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Executive who’s under 25-35 age to manage all social media channels, campaigns to engage customers and contribute to generating sales for our company. Social media handling experience should be mandatory.
You will be responsible for,
• Oversees all company social media accounts management
• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which
enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
• Develop strong and long-term client relationships
• Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively
• Get feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement on social media
• Coordinates social media campaigns with advertising departments, brand managers,
and quarterly or seasonal company goals
• Support in content creation
• Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems and reporting tools
• Works with other departments to develop social media campaigns
• Monitors and develops reports on brand and competitor activity
