To execute the production in the shifts as per the production plan
Process Control through DCS / PLC based control systems for smooth running of the plant in the shifts.
Maintaining logbook and shift report.
Working knowledge of Reactors, Distillation Columns, Decanters, Pumps, CHW units , C T Operations.
Working Knowledge of operation of pumps, compressors, blowers, safety valves and control valves.
On line monitoring of the environment conditions in process area.
Skill to work as a leader under pressure and uncertain situation.
Preparation of the daily production report / Inventory / commercial reports, ERP systems.
Liasoning with all other depts.
Shall have relevant knowledge of Compliance with respect to company’s EHS policy about production during the shift operations.
Safety of man and machine in plant.
Avoiding any abnormality in the plant by frequent checks.
Ensuring strict adherence to permit system.
IMS , RC related work, TPM activities, 6S, Safety related work, Sanchetna, Sankalp, Initiatives for improvement & Training
Job allocation to technician and monitoring the work done
Imparting training to production chemist / technicians for better operations
Maintaining logbook and shift reports.
QA & QC reports maintaining , Analyzing , reporting and needful changes as per SOP for Safe & smooth plat operations
Emergency / Mitigation , Rescue Operations.
Knowledge of Hazard Analysis
Exposure to Production Process & MIS
Good knowledge to handle the new software in MIS
Good knowledge of computer and ERP system
Good Knowledge of Statutory norms.
Qualification & Experience:
Qualification: B.E. Chemical
Experience: 5-8 years in Production, Process industries
