Minimum Experience Requirements

Develop and manage employee incentive programs in the form of equity-based plans such as Stock Options, Restricted Stock Units and Performance Share Units.
Conduct comprehensive studies, surveys and researches to develop completed policy proposals, including Promotion policies, merit increase, salary structure and other short-term and long-term incentive plans.
Develop and recommend new, improved and/or updated compensation programs for national and expatriate employees. Programs could include salary administration, tax equalization, allowances and special projects.
Maintain up-to-date contacts with several consulting firms that provide global compensation surveys and market data.
Review and provide recommendations on policies and design equity plans.
Develop and maintain equity plan metrics for regular reporting, including tracking shares available for grant (burn rate), participation in employee share purchase plan, system administrator performance, helpdesk quality, etc.
Keep up to date with the stock exchange trends and regulations to report for department and corporate management.
Coordinate and work closely with the third-party share plan system administrator to ensure effective implementation of equity programs
Develop, in collaboration with corporate communication teams, communication campaign content for equity plans.
Liaise with different company departments in the administration of equity plans, including but not limited to: Legal, Payroll, IT, Tax Accounting and HR service centers.
