On a contractual role of six months, we are looking for two “Debt Collectors” to join our growing team and serve our prestigious client. JD, skill set and other requirements are as under:
Job Description
Perform account reconciliations
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Generate age analysis
Visit customers, and recover the outstanding dues
Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
Carry out collection and reporting activities according to deadlines
Qualification & Experience
BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good Excel skills
2-4 years of A/R management/Debt collection experience
Proficiency in English and well presentable
