Job Description:
The Guest Experience Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable and seamless experience during their stay with us. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the guest relations department and will report directly to the Operations Manager. The Guest Experience Officer will be the main point of contact for guests and will ensure that all their needs and requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for guests and respond to any inquiries or requests in a prompt and professional manner
Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and security to ensure that guests’ needs are met
Provide guests with information about the local area, including recommendations for restaurants, shops, and activities
Ensure that all guest-related concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
Act as an ambassador for the company, projecting a positive and professional image at all times
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest communications and interactions
Qualifications:
Must have a driver’s license and be an experienced driver
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be extremely presentable, with a strong sense of professionalism and attention to detail
Must have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
