Employment: Full Time
Position Overview
• To manage, generate and maximize the revenue through effective Sales & Services to the existing clients and identification of prospective clients.
Responsibilities
• To identify the business improvement opportunities and coordinate internally with Client Account Manager to expand the business operations.
• To act as a single point of contact to clients providing end-to-end sales solutions through effective coordination internally within Cargo Line and externally with all the applicable parties.
• To identify potential customers, negotiate as per price guidelines given, and ensure maximization of profits and business opportunities.
• To regularly visit existing clients to validate our service levels, ensure their maximum satisfaction level on services, and develop new revenue streams.
• To have excellent client management and build an intense referral process and leverage on existing client relationships to attract other large clients.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management.
• Knowledge and experience in MS Office, and Logistics Management software is preferred.
Skills
• Strategic understanding, Teamwork, Analytical, Interpersonal Communication, Time Management, Organizing, FRESA software, MS office.
• In addition to English, ability to converse in one of these languages is preferred – Tagalog, Hindi or Arabic.
Experience
• 3 to 5 years experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.
• Excellent and time-tested customer contacts.
Candidate must have UAE driving license and own car.
