Key Responsibilities
The effective creation, application, and optimization of all-encompassing digital marketing strategies that lead to the achievement or exceeding of predetermined KPIs, ROI objectives, and an increase in brand visibility.
Supervise and manage all digital material, make sure the website is adequately SEO-optimized, and use analytics to gauge the effectiveness of the content
Monitor new developments in technology, assess fresh equipment, and promote the use of digital tools.
Take the helm of the digital marketing strategy across all platforms and channels to promote brand recognition, client acquisition and retention, and company expansion.
Improving online customer experiences that increase customer satisfaction and lifetime value while keeping up with market and industry trends to preserve a competitive edge.
Key Requirements
Bachelors or Masters in Marketing/Business Administration.
15 years of experience with the last 5 years being in a leadership position.
Previous experience with a Bank/Financial Institution/FMCG/Advertising Agency.
