Our client is a well-established bank in the UAE and as a part of their growth journey they are looking to hire a HR Executive who will be responsible for all aspects of human resources from business partnership, talent management, onboarding, learning and development, employee relations and so on.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating with HR Business Partners to produce routine reports on all HR functions;
Periodically updating employee records with data;
Generating reports on organizational charts, turnover, and employment updates;
Developing new key metrics with a focus on improvements;
Use quantitative analysis to create patterns based on previous data, solve problems, and provide recommendations based on stated findings.
Key Requirements:
4-8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the banking sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
