Real Estate Client Manager Job Vacancy In Dubai, UAE
Maple and Rose Real Estate is looking to appoint a Client Manager specializing in Secondary or Off Plan sales in Dubai. In addition to negotiating sales and achieving agreed sales targets, the candidate should also demonstrate world class customer service throughout the entire lifecycle of each sale.
This role is key to the development of the company and will carry a package of commission split, Basic salary for 6 months, visa and full medical package.
Job Role
Source new property stock by cold calling, conducting Whatsapp campaigns and building network
Use Property Monitor for Comparative Market Analysis – for market analysis and client education
Collect relevant legal documents to electronically advertise property
Upload all sales content onto CRM for Property Portal posting
Inform Sales Manager of new listing and request approvals
Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Provide guidance and assist Sellers and Buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
Design relevant Sales strategy and discuss with Head of Sales
Manage advertising schedules Sales stock
Property Verification requests and document upload
Negotiate Sales transactions
Manage Sales administration process
Manage Sales collection process – including cooperation with the finance department
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company in relation to legal completions (units sold)
Make a demonstrable contribution towards the company’s program of continuous improvement
Promote and act in accordance with company values, systems, policies, and procedures.
Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques
Requirements
The role will require a successful and target orientated Real Estate Sales professional with flair and personality:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any relevant field.
Must possess at least 1 years of real estate secondary market sales experience in Dubai.
With strong experience and proven track record in secondary market sales.
Must have own database and strong network.
Excellent communication skills and UAE driver’s license plus own car is required.
RERA broker license is preferred.
Self –disciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexible in order to achieve results
