Main Accountabilities:
· Achieving and exceeding sales target
· Appropriate Implementation of sales strategies agreed with BDM
· Number of clients penetrated with real business case identification
· Accurate sales forecast.
· Technical awareness and technology advance tracking and identification of business partnership needs based on customers future development plans.
Job Responsibilities:
· Properly forecast monthly, quarterly and annual revenue for assigned territory
· Support the Business Development Manager/Account Executive on the sales process with solution definition, design and propose a solution to address the customer’s specific need
· Drive the sales process
· Conduct brand and solution awareness, attracting customer interest using presentations, webinars and on-site proof of concept and demonstrations.
· Provide a Business Solution that adds value to the potential Customers.
· Exceed annual sales target
· Regulates sales behaviors to focus on value based and outcomes-based selling.
· The main objective of the role is forming, leading and closing strategic partnerships through named accounts & targets
Facilitate competitive intelligence, market intelligence process and customer infrastructure
• Education :
– B.S./B.E/M.S/M.E in Computer/ Telecommunications engineering OR B.A/M.A or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Business Management.
• Experience :
– Minimum 8 years’ experience in ICT Sales
– Proven experience in Sales in the Omani public sector.
– Experience in Penetrating, managing,
– Initiation of business opportunities, business case creation base on customers’ needs and technical gaps.
– Six digits Business opportunities tracker.
– Maintaining personal and close relation with executives and key persons in the public sectors
• Skills :
– Excellent selling skills
– Excellent technical knowledge (Networking, 5G/4G/3G, Cybersecurity, IOT, Smart cities, Cloud, Data centres, ICT Banking Solutions,.)
– A keen interest in IT issues and capacity to identify customers technical needs and gaps in its ICT infrastructure.
– Negotiating skills
– Interpersonal skills and ability to build personal relations with Account’s key persons.
– Strategic mindset
– Problem-solving skill
– Ability to multitask
– The capacity to work well on his own or in a team
– The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively
– Proven ability to write technical reports and deliver presentations and proposals
– Excellent knowledge in MS Office
– Excellent in Arabic & English (communication and writing)
