Job Scope
A Cloud System Administrator is accountable for developing, configuring, implementing and troubleshooting the network connections of cloud computing resources as per the requirements of the organization. S/he provides technical assistance on windows and cloud-based systems.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Implement and define policies for cloud systems through patches, permissions and service deployments;
Monitor and analyze network performance to match on-demand requests;
Build, install, troubleshoot and upgrade operating systems;
Provide user consultation and training;
Configure systems based on approved designs and maintain system security strategies, policies and procedures;
Monitor and analyze resource usage to recommend/develop enhancements to system capabilities and performance;
Compare, evaluate and implement new technologies and integrate systems accordingly;
Handle the documentation of systems’ infrastructure;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that services meet operations requirements for both internal and external clients;
Participate in on-call support rotation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field.
Qualifications/Skills: Code Green, Proofpoint, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, AWS, GCP
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Based in Riyadh
