Description
Main Purpose:
As an IT System Administrator at SAUDIBIO, will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure to support the seamless operation of our biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
System Maintenance and Upgrades:
Ensure the reliability and availability of all IT systems.
Perform regular system updates and upgrades to enhance performance and security.
Network Administration:
Manage and troubleshoot network issues to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
Implement and maintain network security measures.
User Support:
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
Collaborate with the IT helpdesk to resolve user-reported problems.
Backup and Recovery:
Implement and manage data backup and recovery procedures.
Ensure the integrity and availability of critical business data.
Security Management:
Monitor and enhance the security of IT systems.
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
Collaboration and Documentation:
Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to support technology-related initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems and processes.
Collaborate and support cGMP compliance & GAMP5 requirements.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of Proven experience as an IT System Administrator in a biopharmaceutical or similar cGMP manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware)
