Personal Assistant to CEO – Muscat

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO’s schedule, organize meetings, and streamline communications.

• Perform specific office duties including document management, data entry, and coordination with other departments.

• Exercise high levels of discretion and integrity, safeguarding confidential information and prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Handle additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• At least 2 years of experience in a personal assistant or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on team collaboration and adaptability.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
