Operation Manager you will be responsible for managing on going projects, establishment of new project sites, generating business leads, maintaining relationship with clients and potential clients of Industrial Inspection and NDT business units.
position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. Applicants must have extensive knowledge of industrial inspection services.
Tasks and responsibilities
Management of the Industrial Services Business Unit (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Organization …)
Client acquisition to ensure annual business goals are met for the Industrial Inspection and NDT team,
Identifying business opportunities with existing as well as new clients,
Sending proposals, contracts and quotations to existing and potential clients,
Attending to business queries and requirements for existing clients,
Knowledgeable in tender process for timely submission and follow up of business proposals,
Perform market analysis for the industry and identify new opportunities (markets, service, clients),
Maintaining and retaining good relationship with the existing clients,
Follow up on invoicing and payments in consultation with the Accounts team,
Perform other job-related tasks.
Requirements
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Department Director or division, Sales, Team leader, PM, Operations manager Industrial Inspection and/or related industry,
Engineer or Technical Engineer, MBA, PMP
Goal-Oriented professional,
Experience and knowledge: Industrial Inspection, Certification, NDT..
Market knowledge: energy, mining and industrial sector or utilities
In depth knowledge of business products and value proposition,
Conflict resolution abilities while dealing with customers,
Proficient in English language: in speech and in writing,
Excellent analytical and presentation skills,
Resourceful, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills,
Proficiency with MS Office and G-Suite tools.
