Inbound Logistics Planner Job Vacancy In Qatar
Insure to have the full data of all international PO s with full terms.
Review inspection reports for potential problems and further actions.
Analyze and evaluate the supplier/contractor document and data submittal plans.
Identify disruptions in the supplier/contractor submission and delivery schedules.
Ensure the latest delivery information is kept up to date and relayed to the Project Team and updated in project schedule by regular communication with assigned suppliers,
Develop and implement future material management and control plans and procedures
Coordinate with finance to all terms and insure payments received and close payment terms till end user.
Track, maintain, and report on-time delivery, case fill rate, transportation spend, and carrier KPIs
Identify and communicate current and future issues, as well as developing sound recovery plans
Skills and Experience
To engage with all end to end PO records, its scrutiny and analysis. To be a liaison to the organization; providing P.O. visibility and high levels of customer service to internal stakeholders.
