Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Work with the Senior HR Manager and business leadership in developing and implementing the Annual Manpower Plans.
Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function for the company while working closely with the recruitment leads.
Identify appropriate recruitment channels for recruitment while leveraging existing sourcing channels like headhunting, referrals, job boards like LinkedIn, and so on.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with university career services, academic leaders and other student / academic on campus organizations to promote the company brand and career opportunities for hiring fresh local national graduates.
Attend career fairs and recruitment events that support branding efforts, including opportunities to increase brand recognition in the recruitment marketplace.
Prepare captivating and targeted job postings through appropriate recruiting media for niche positions to attract potential talent from relevant talent pools.
Receive and screen candidate profiles against specific job criteria to find the best fit.
Participate in the candidate shortlisting process with Senior HR Manager as well as appropriate hiring managers for each open role followed by scheduling required selection process like interviews, assessment centers and domain testing.
Organize and facilitate candidate interviews with appropriate hiring managers in coordination with senior management, as needed.
Prepare offer letters for selected candidates and oversee the job offer administration process followed by ensuring timely joining as required for each closed position.
Develop, maintain and manage a strong pipeline of talent (internal and external) for current and future organizational requirements covering the scope and their respective functional departments.
Periodically assess and recommend external recruitment agencies for working on niche roles to the Senior HR Manager.

New Employee Onboarding:

Develop standard employment contracts and related documents for each new hire.
Work with HR leadership as well as the appropriate business departments to organize and deliver a superior Employee Onboarding experience for new joiners.
Conduct orientation sessions on policies, procedures, job duties, working conditions, employee benefits and career paths for new recruits, especially local nationals and mid to senior roles across the company.
Assist the Training & Development department in developing, revising and maintaining the new employee orientation and onboarding program content and collateral, including presentations, employee handbook, and other similar materials.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare necessary periodic as well as adhoc management reports for the talent acquisition function like Recruitment Status Reports, Headcount Reports, etc.
Routinely communicate and report the status of recruiting, open positions, hiring sources, hiring costs, and other similar required reports.
Process ad-hoc requests from Senior HR Manager as well as the Executive Management in the talent acquisition or related HR specific domain.

Other Requirements:

Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field.
Master degree in human resources is preferred.
Professional certifications in HR (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, or similar).
Minimum 5 years of related work experience in handling a talent acquisition responsibility.
Strong understanding of the Saudi Labour Law.
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Excellent English and Arabic language skills.
