Job Summary

To handle all the daily operations related to all concerned and related authorities, communicate with the internal & external stakeholders, provide advisement and consultancy to our stakeholders regarding the governmental regulations and providing solutions for daily queries

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Full knowledge on all Governmental portals such as (Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, HRSD, QIWA etc.)
Visiting the government authorities and clients’ sites for related GRD requests (when needed) .
Managing and supervising all tasks related to Government Relations for the company and its clients.
Building knowledge base in relation to procedures, processes, regulations and provide consultation to internal departments on government processes.
Monitoring and keeping aware of changes in Saudi Arabian regulation & and prepare announcements and share them to our team members.
Assigning and monitoring the fluid execution of operational tasks by the GRO team members.
Communicate with all employees and their management for all government requests.
Providing reports to the department Lead.
Research and provide consultations with CRM & Client about new regulations.

Skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs.
Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
Energetic and enthusiastic individual with strong team spirit.
A quick learner, who finds opportunities to gain and share knowledge.
Effective communication skills with all levels of management.
Customer services oriented.

Work Schedule & Conditions

Normal work hours will be Sunday – Thursday from 9am to 5pm. The majority of work hours will be spent in a professional office environment.
