Manager Sales Key Accounts GCC Jobs in UAE
The role is responsible for establishing strong relationship with accounts, understanding their business needs, driving growth and Brand visibility.
Responsible for the representation and sale of PUMA footwear, apparel and accessories with Global Key Accounts while managing, developing, and building upon sustainable and profitable businesses.
Support the go to market process: Work with Senior Manager Sales KA to ensure that the different Brand unit’s initiatives are delivered according to regional goals.
Provide input into Area Sales Plan and develop account, door and KA assortment plans.
Ensure budgets and distribution are in line with global/regional guidelines and KPI’s.
Assist in planning general business activities for the applicable accounts.
Assist in the implementation of applicable marketing plans on account level.
Proactive sales order management.
Assist with continual sales analysis to manage product life cycles, inventory models and rates of sale.
Monitor competitors’ activities and performance, along with implementing strategies and tactics to compete.
Ensure alignment in the way we communicate to the consumer. A key goal is Brand management.
Ensure strong alignment with other functions, particularly marketing, merchandising and sales operations.
YOUR TALENT:
Education:
Preferably degree educated
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience in the footwear and/or apparel sports, lifestyle, or fashion industry
Capabilities:
Good understanding of sports lifestyle consumers and the industry.
Technical product (footwear and/or apparel) knowledge.
Understanding of footwear and/or apparel retailers’ financial metrics- sales, gross margin / IMU, inventory, turn, etc.
Results driven
Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Forecasting ability and the ability to analyze data
Exceptional follow through and organizational skills
Ability to effectively manage time and work against business deadlines
High level of energy, initiative, and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in the English language (speaking, reading, writing) at business level
