Expeditor Job Vacancy In Misaimed Industrial Area, Al Wakrah, Qatar
QAFAC is looking for an Expeditor to facilitate the flow of work and materials in our business. The expeditor will strategize and oversee activities related to receiving and dispatching shipments such as confirming accuracy of orders and generate reports on work progress, completion dates, production challenges, stock levels and costs, monitor aspects of processes such as purchasing, cost management and order changing, and forward issues to management.

• Expeditor responsibilities
1- Maintain & update QAFAC tracking log sheet accurately on daily bases.
2- Coordinate with end-users, procurement, materials & suppliers to expedite , shipping & receiving QAFAC POs.
3- Clearing 3rd party contractor invoices within Max. 3 working days from the date of receiving.
4- Maintain & update procurement archiving & filing system/Room.
5- Execute QAFAC shipping & clearance documents for inbound /outbound.
6- Update QAFAC materials receiving date on both SAP and QAFAC tracking log sheet accurately & on timely bases.
7- Execute supplier’s performance sheet individually once receiving the file from procurement team.
8- Maintain & update a separate tracking sheets for OS&Ds and for repair and return materials.
9- Record & monitor long standing POs with coordination with end-user , concerned buyer and the supplier.
10- Maintain & update QAFAC governmental forms and applications.
Responsibly for E-CPW, COC & MIC gate passes procedures Strong analytical and time management with tight deadlines delivery are highly essential with earliest joining.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in ( business – supply chain or logistics)
Experience in freight forwarding & supply chain with added advantage in Arabic ( Oil & Gas preferred)
