As a Training Manager, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will assess training needs, create effective training materials, and coordinate training sessions to ensure that our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Key Accountabilities

Identify and assess training needs.
Design and develop training programs and materials.
Deliver training sessions and workshops.
Collaborate with external training providers when necessary.
Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Create individual development plans for employees.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage the training budget and resources.
Maintain accurate training records.
Stay current with industry best practices and trends.
Continuously improve training programs.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in training and development, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
Knowledge of various training methods and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored programs.
Proficiency in using training and e-learning software and tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
