responsibilities :
Candidate sourcing, database management, social media mining, candidate registration.Act as an expert on the market by advising your clients and candidates in their best interest, on a long-term perspective.
Manage your mandates in an independent manner and drive the recruitment process entirely.
Drive the interviews based on competencies, assess relevant skills.
Source potential and passive candidates through specific channels, forums, workshops, conferences and other to maintain a positive influx of talented people. Demonstrate expertise in generating talent through networking and creative sourcing methods
Requirements:
5+ years of professional recruitment experience with proven track record placing Technology and Bnking professionals.
