Sales / Business Development Executive

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

The ideal candidate should be located in Kuwait already with Sales experience.

Responsibilities

·      Build relationships with prospective clients & maintain consistent contacts with them.

·      Responsible for creating relations with corporate, gyms, medical centers and other relevant parties for acquisition of new clients

·      Plan, develop and direct efforts to grow the business in Kuwait.

·      Liaising with Main Office in UAE for required collateral, product development, promotions.

·      Working closely with Marketing and Head of Business development to increase brand presence in the region and create programs that increase customer acquisition and retention.

·      Contribute to the planning of quarterly Sales & Promotions. Achieve revenue growth and increase retention rate across brands.

·      Track consumer and market insight by analyzing sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution.

. Meet and exceed sales targets

·      Create Sales Kits and presentations in various business settings to highlight the products.

Qualifications

·      Arabic speaking is a must and having good English command.

·      Bachelor’s degree 3+ years in sales industry

.      Previous sales experience in F&B, Nutrition OR Pharmaceutical industry is preferred

·      Full knowledge of the market, competitors and products

·      Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing.

·      Sales Background in food products

·      Strong negotiation skills

·      Strong communication and presentation skills
