We are looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist based in our Riyadh office to undertake all talent acquisition activities, from advertising open roles to coordinating interviews and closing hires. You will need to be based in Riyadh and have prior relevant experience in the region.

Your responsibilities:

Plan and implement company regional talent acquisition strategiesfor graduates, experienced hires and Senior Executive, including but not limited to National Graduates Programs
Liaisewith management team to determine recruitment needs
Source, screenand reachout to qualified candidatesto fill open positions using the Company ATS and other job boards including LinkedIn
Candidate Management (Including candidate liaison, test & interview scheduling, candidate feedback)
Communicatewith internal and external stakeholders
Coordinateand developrecruitment channels
Representcompany internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidates’ communities (career fairs, campus events, case challenges)
Developpartnerships with regional andinternational universities
Handlethe overall recruitment back office (including but not limited to Development of candidate database, drafting and postingjob descriptions, CV screening, pipelining, candidate communication, Headhunter profiles…)
Provideadministrative support on Recruitment related activities including but not limited to recruitment reports.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in talent acquisition preferably within an international company in a similar industry
In-depth knowledge of candidate’s selection methods
Excellent understanding of fulltalent acquisition cycle processes
Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boards
Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced and international environment with high energy level
Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
Detailed oriented and excellent time management skills
Proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiatives
Flexible in the working approach with a can-do attitude
Can work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic is a strong advantage
