Position: Recruitment Specialist for blue collar and white collar.( must be experienced in the Construction Industry.)
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably with expertise in blue
collar recruitment from India & UAE and white collar recruitment in the UAE.
· In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
· Familiarity with job portals, recruitment consultancies, and other relevant platforms in
the UAE.
· Strong networking and relationship management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
· Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
Experience: Min 5 years.
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Salary: 6000
