As a Sales Representative at Seal-Tec, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and generate revenue for the company’s silicone products. You will play a crucial role in promoting the company’s offerings, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. This includes prospecting new clients, networking, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Seal-Tec’s silicone products, their features, and their benefits. Effectively communicate this knowledge to customers, highlighting how the products can address their specific needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. Understand their requirements, address any concerns, and act as a trusted advisor, offering suitable solutions to meet their needs.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and advantages of Seal-Tec’s silicone products. Effectively communicate the value proposition and differentiate the company from competitors.
Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure a win-win situation for both the client and Seal-Tec. Work towards closing deals and securing new business opportunities.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Identify market opportunities, gather customer feedback, and provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the sales manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the silicone industry or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
