Senior Business Development Manager

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue and Gross Profit objective.

You will be responsible for responsible for helping your organization obtains better brand recognition and Market & financial growth. you should coordinate with your company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Works closely with the Strategic Leaders in creating a cohesive and executable strategic plan, and developing the sales organization’s objectives to align with the strategy
Ensure execution of the sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue and profit goals, driven by new business growth and expansion of existing business
Coach and mentor sales leaders to further strengthen the talent bench and pipeline. Ensure efforts to identify, develop, lead and retain top talent are consistently executed.
Participate in negotiations, contracting, and Enterprise sales strategies to assist in closing sales.
Direct forecasting, sales resource planning and budgeting
Ensure learning and development/training priorities are aligned to support growth plans and talent objectives

Qualifications:

10+years executive level experience in successfully leading Sales leaders and teams globally at Software Solution domain is a must
Passionate executive leader with proven track record as a change agent, transforming teams by inspiring, motivating, and developing talent to drive positive results and business outcomes
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamically growing company, meet schedules, and maintain a high level of output.
Strong business acumen in all functional disciplines within a corporate environment
Significant experience in strategic selling and organizational effectiveness to include strategic planning and financial modeling
