In this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly innovative and diversified environment within the GCC. Lead the execution of marketing programs (product lines, distribution, communication, etc.) from start to finish, in collaboration with Sika sales organizations. Analyze customer insights and trends as well as market analysis and marketing best practices. Build future campaign development and go-to-market strategies. Act as the key player in content creation for the promotion of Sika.

Job Requirements

Design –
Candidate will be responsible for designing All collateral Materials, ATL/BTL campaigns and product packaging following the corporate guidelines. it’s inhouse design role .

Digital Role –
Full responsibility and management of the Sika website.
Align digital objectives with the business priorities and the marketing strategy
Develop, write and publish content for websites and all digital platforms.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Ensure Community management ( Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube)
Engage with internal stakeholder to ensure consistent content messaging for all brands
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with digital corporate team and other vendor partners when needed

E- Commerce –
Responsible for achieving online sales through campaigns for Sika business across online pure players and Omni channel retailers for the GCC region
Act as a digital custodian to ensure that the brand is well represented across all marketplace and partner platforms
Lead all aspects of partner marketing, catalogue listing, online e-merchandising, digital advertising and management reporting
Participate in the creation of the content guideline optimized for the online channel delivery of product characteristics.
Verify the quality of new and existing product contents across business partner websites, ensuring they meet the appropriate content and quality standards.
Prepare for the production of new content, taking into account the e-commerce environment and product characteristics.
Plan appropriate marketing activities to optimize marketing for each phase of the consumer buying cycle and marketing activities
Work alongside corporate marketing and divisional teams to manage digital advertising campaigns for various products launched across the year

Must requirements –
4 -5 years similar experience preferably on regional level. The role is covering GCC region.
Candidate should be fully experienced and aware of the InDesign / Photoshop / illustrator programs and systems and should has an experience for the artwork design and this role is Inhouse design.
Candidate should be fully aware and experienced in AEM website system.
Good communication and presentation skills and dedication for deadlines.
