Responsibilities
Looking for strong team player into real estate sales
Experience in offplan selling with developer knowledge will be advantage
Good hold with broker connections in the market
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
1 to 3+ years’ of sales experience with a brokerage or developer firm
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Chinese, Russian and/or European languages- A MUST
Candidates having property sales experience in off-plan and demonstrated ability to support multiple launches in the market preferred.
Target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role
UAE driving license- A MUST
Strong team player and goal oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and presentation skills
Effective negotiation and analytical skills
